Breakfast/Lunch Restaurant Chain Leases 3,750 SF at Levin-Managed Center
COMMACK, N.Y., July 21, 2016 – Breakfast and lunch chain Famous Toastery is continuing its East Coast expansion, leasing 3,750 square feet at Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack. Levin Management of North Plainfield, N.J., exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 222,000-square-foot property, orchestrated the long-term lease.
“Famous Toastery is an excellent strategic fit as it enhances Mayfair Shopping Center’s existing dining options and complements the center’s retailers and service providers,” said E.J. Moawad, Levin’s leasing representative for Mayfair Shopping Center. “We are thrilled to welcome Famous Toastery to our tenant roster and are confident it will become a favorite breakfast and lunch destination with the center’s shoppers, as well as those who live and work in the community.”
Founded by Long Island natives Robert Maynard and Brian Burchill, Famous Toastery first opened in Huntersville, N.C., in 2005 and franchised in 2013. The new Mayfair Shopping Center location will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will seat about 125 patrons.
