Quick-Service Chicken Concept to Occupy 2,000 SF at Twin City Shopping Center
JERSEY CITY, N.J., Jan. 3, 2017 – A Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen franchisee has leased 2,000 square feet at Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City, becoming the latest dining tenant to join the retail mix at this Hudson County shopping destination. Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 94,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored property, orchestrated the long-term lease.

Founded in 1972, Popeyes is a leader in the New Orleans segment of the food service industry and is the world's second-largest quick-service chicken concept based on number of units. The chain’s menu features spicy chicken, chicken tenders, sandwiches, fried shrimp and other seafood, as well as signature sides such as Cajun fries, jambalaya, red beans and rice, and buttermilk biscuits.
Popeyes joins a tenant mix that includes Aqui Market, a new Retro Fitness, Everything $.99, Wendy’s and Dunkin Donuts, along with a host of typical neighborhood conveniences. LMC is marketing additional available space at Twin City Shopping Center.
Twin City Shopping Center is well located at the Jersey City/Bayonne border on Garfield Avenue and West 55th Street, just off Exit 14A of the New Jersey Turnpike. It serves a growing residential population of more than 183,000 people within a three-mile radius.
