Queen Bee Nail Spa Leases 2,550 SF at Levin-Managed Shopping Center
HAMILTON, N.J., Jan. 11, 2017 – Queen Bee Nail Spa is set to join the tenant mix at Hamilton Plaza, located on Route 33 in Hamilton Township. The locally owned service provider has leased 2,550 square feet at the 175,400-square-foot Mercer County shopping center, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC), the property’s managing and leasing agent.
“Hamilton Plaza, with a state-of-the-art ShopRite and a strong tenant mix to support it, has emerged as a prime local shopping destination,” said Joseph Lowry, LMC’s senior vice president of leasing and acquisitions. “Several different nail salon operators were vying for this particular space, which is a testament to Hamilton Plaza’s appeal with local, regional and national tenants. The addition of Queen Bee Nail Spa fills a niche for area shoppers, and complements an already diverse mix of retailers, restaurants and service providers.”
Queen Bee Nail Spa will offer patrons an array of nail care and waxing services in a modern and comfortable environment.
Anchored by an expanded, 86,000-square-foot ShopRite, Hamilton Plaza features a diverse co-tenancy including A.C. Moore, Petco, Sleepy's, Dollar Tree, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Gold Crown Hallmark, Hair Cuttery, America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, Let’s Yo, and Texas Roadhouse. Situated at the intersection of Route 33 and White Horse-Hamilton Square Road, the high-traffic center serves a growing residential population of more than 179,000 people within a five-mile radius. The marketplace offers an average household income of more than $86,000, and the daily traffic count is about 47,200 vehicles.
One 7,590-square-foot retail space and a 3,075-square-foot, drive-thru approved pad site are currently available.
