Popeye’s Opens at Twin City Shopping Center, Jersey City, N.J.

Quick-Service Restaurant Occupies 2,000 SF at Hudson County Property

JERSEY CITY, N.J., May 3, 2018 – Quick-service chicken restaurant Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen is now open for business at Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City, according to Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 94,000-square-foot property.

“We are pleased to expand Twin City Shopping Center’s dining options with Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen,” said E.J. Moawad, LMC’s leasing representative for the center. “With its unique New Orleans-style menu, this national brand is a great addition.”

Twin City Shopping Center also includes Wendy’s and Dunkin Donuts, and the property’s restaurant component is set to expand further; Taco Bell recently signed on to join the tenant roster. Located at the Jersey City/Bayonne border on Garfield Avenue and West 55th Street, just off Exit 14A of the New Jersey Turnpike, Twin City Shopping Center’s co-tenancy also includes Aqui Market, Retro Fitness, set to open indoor kids’ playground Kidz Village, Everything $.99 and soon-to-open T-Mobile, along with a host of typical neighborhood conveniences.
