Lux Nails Coming to North Village Shopping Center in North Brunswick, N.J.
Levin Arranges 1,700-SF Lease at Middlesex County Retail Property
NORTH BRUNSWICK, N.J., Oct. 8, 2019 – Lux Nails has leased 1,700 square feet at North Village Shopping Center in North Brunswick, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 128,000-square-foot property. LMC Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty arranged the long-term lease; Mary Situ of Coldwell Banker represented the tenant.
“North Village Shopping Center’s Route 1 location and superb demographics – including a population of more than 263,000 people and an average household income exceeding $128,000 within five miles of the center – were key draws for Lux Nails,” noted Fernandez-Kelty. “This new tenant is a great complement for North Village Shopping Center’s service-oriented tenant roster and represents another convenience for the North Brunswick community.”
North Village Shopping Center is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels Arts & Crafts and Staples, and is home to a popular Trader Joe’s location. Other retailers at the property include Ulta Beauty, Sport Clips, Panera Bread, Smashburger and Chili’s. North Village occupies a prime location on a main thoroughfare boasting a traffic count of more than 100,000 vehicles per day. Two retail availabilities remain at North Village Shopping Center, including a 7,100-square-foot unit and a 3,400-square-foot in-line restaurant space.
