National Eyewear Retailer Inks 3,000-Square-Foot Lease at Levin-Managed Center
PELHAM MANOR, N.Y., July 16, 2015 – National eyewear retailer Visionworks has leased 3,000 square feet of space at Post Road Plaza in Pelham Manor, N.Y., according to Levin Management, the property’s exclusive leasing and managing agent. Located directly at the junction of U.S. 1, Pelham Parkway and the Hutchinson River Parkway, the 267,000-square-foot shopping center is one of Westchester County’s most vibrant retail destinations.
Levin’s leasing representative Jordan Korris negotiated the long-term lease. Jeremy Zidell of The Retail Connection and Fritz Kemerling of The Dartmouth Group represented the tenant.

The Post Road Plaza lease represents Levin’s third transaction with Visionworks, a leading national provider of eye care services. All stores offer designer and exclusive brand frames, lenses, sunglasses and accessories along with leading technology in vision correction. Service offerings include contact lens dispensing, in-store labs which provide one-hour service on many prescriptions at many locations, and doctors of optometry at or next to every store.
Visionworks will be one of four new national tenants to open at Post Road Plaza this year. Dining and entertainment chain Dave & Buster’s recently celebrated its grand opening, soon to be joined by Panera Bread and Sally Beauty Supply. Anchored by a 75,000-square-foot Fairway Market, the center’s retailer lineup also includes HomeGoods, Modell’s, Marshalls Shoes, Dress Barn, Lane Bryant, Citibank, Hallmark, Smashburger and GNC.
Post Road Plaza serves a growing residential population of nearly 411,500 people within a three-mile radius and nearly 1.2 million people within five miles of the property. The three-mile trade area offers an average household income of $72,000. Additionally, more than 82,000 vehicles pass the property per day on the Hutchinson River Parkway/Boston Post Road.
Levin is now marketing the property’s last remaining space of 7,500 square feet. The ground-level end-cap unit is divisible.
