Carter’s to open at Somerville Circle Shopping Center in Raritan, N.J.

National Children’s Clothing Retailer Inks 4,300 SF Lease at Levin-Managed Center

RARITAN, N.J., Sept. 22, 2015 - Carter's, one of the world’s most recognized brands in children’s apparel and accessories, has signed a lease for 4,300 square feet at the Somerville Circle Shopping Center in Raritan. Located on the border of Bridgewater Township, the 157,000-square-foot Somerset County property is exclusively leased and managed by North Plainfield, N.J.-based Levin Management.

Levin’s senior leasing representative Jake Frantzman negotiated the long-term lease. Stephan Miller and Jerry Welk of Welco served as the tenant’s brokers in the transaction.

“The addition of a strong national tenant like Carter’s reinforces our ongoing commitment to provide area shoppers with a variety of high-quality retail options,” said Frantzman. “Somerville Circle Shopping Center’s affluent consumer base and accessible location proved to be very attractive to this tenant. Carter’s is a wonderful complement to our existing co-tenancy, and we are confident the store’s presence will drive additional traffic to the center and contribute to its ongoing success.”
