Virtua Medical Group Signs Lease at Fairground Plaza in Mount Holly

Physician Network to Open “Virtua Express Urgent Care Center” at Levin-Managed Shopping Center

MOUNT HOLLY, N.J., Sept. 29, 2015 – Physician network Virtua Medical Group has leased 5,800 square feet at Fairground Plaza in Mount Holly, N.J., where it plans to open its newest Virtua Express Urgent Care Center location. The 179,000-square-foot Burlington County shopping center is exclusively leased and managed by Levin Management of North Plainfield, N.J.

Levin’s Leasing Representative Gloria Mercado negotiated the long-term lease. Jeff Tertel of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank was the tenant’s broker in the transaction.

“Virtua Medical Group was looking to expand its urgent care services into Mount Holly, and Fairground Plaza’s location – near a CVS Pharmacy and in proximity to Virtua Memorial Hospital – was a perfect fit,” said Mercado. “Virtua Express Urgent Care Center is a terrific addition to Fairground Plaza that will help drive additional consumer traffic to the existing co-tenancy. We are excited to bring this high-quality and convenient medical care option to the community.”

Virtua Medical Group is a network of physicians exclusively affiliated with Virtua, a comprehensive South Jersey healthcare system.
