AutoZone Marks Grand Opening at Mid-Town Plaza in Middletown, Pa.

Auto Parts and Accessories Retailer Occupies 7,400 Square Feet at Levin-Managed Center

MIDDLETOWN, Pa., May 4, 2016 – Auto parts and accessories chain AutoZone is now open at Mid-Town Plaza in Middletown. The 95,000-square-foot shopping center is exclusively leased and managed by North Plainfield, N.J.-based Levin Management.

Levin orchestrated the purchase of an underutilized parcel of land adjacent to the original Mid-Town Plaza site, where AutoZone constructed the new 7,400-square-foot free-standing store, according to Levin leasing representative Jordan Korris.

“AutoZone is a well-known and trusted source for auto parts and accessories, and an excellent fit for Mid-Town Plaza’s market area and co-tenancy,” said Korris. “We are confident this nationally recognized retailer will add significant value to the shopping center and become a wonderful amenity for members of the community.”
