VILLAGE OF PELHAM MANOR, N.Y., April 7, 2017 – Wireless Lifestyle LLC has leased 2,000 square feet and will open a Sprint store at Post Road Plaza in the Village of Pelham Manor, becoming the latest tenant to join the diverse lineup of retailers at this key Westchester County shopping destination. The announcement was made by Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 268,000-square-foot center.
LMC's leasing representative Jordan Korris negotiated the long-term lease. Scott Meshil of Royal Properties represented the tenant. The Sprint retailer will offer a range of wireless communication products and services, according to Korris. “We continue to enhance Post Road Plaza’s tenant mix with services and stores that reinforce its competitive market position,” he said. “Wireless retail represents a new category for Post Road Plaza, and we are confident this tenant will provide an outstanding resource for both consumers and businesses in the community.”
Anchored by a 75,000-square-foot Fairway Market, Post Road Plaza features a diverse lineup of tenants including Dave & Busters, HomeGoods, Modell’s, Dress Barn, GNC, Lane Bryant, Hallmark, Citibank, Marshalls Shoes, Visionworks, Panera Bread, Sally Beauty Supply and Smashburger.
