Levin Named Retail Leasing Agent for New Mixed-Use Development
Firm Tapped to Market 4,300-SF Restaurant/Retail Space at Rose Hall in Madison, N.J.
MADISON, N.J., May 22, 2017 – Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has been named leasing agent for 4,300 square feet of restaurant/retail space at Rose Hall, a new mixed-use development rising in historic downtown Madison. The upscale development – slated for completion in early 2018 – boasts a desirable mix of luxury rental housing, ground-floor restaurant/retail space and a host of on-site resident amenities.
The significant assignment underscores LMC’s depth of expertise in providing third-party leasing services for both existing and ground-up, mixed-use and retail developments, according to Matthew K.
