Cheeburger Cheeburger Coming to Aldrich Plaza in Howell, N.J.
Burger Restaurant Chain Inks 3,400-SF Lease at Levin-Managed Center
HOWELL, N.J., July 24, 2017 – Cheeburger Cheeburger – the 1950s-style burger restaurant franchise known for its made-to-order burgers, French fries and onion rings – has leased approximately 3,400 square feet at Aldrich Plaza in Howell. The announcement was made by Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 99,000-square-foot retail center.
Cheeburger Cheeburger is relocating to Aldrich Plaza from a nearby location, according to Kyle Farley, LMC’s senior leasing representative, who negotiated the lease. “Aldrich Plaza’s ideal mix of stores, restaurants and service providers, paired with exceptional visibility, attracted this franchise owner,” he said. “Cheeburger Cheeburger’s distinctive atmosphere and diverse range of menu items will add a new and exciting element to the expanding dining options at Aldrich Plaza.”
Along with its signature burgers and fresh sandwiches – made using fresh, high-quality ingredients – Cheeburger Cheeburger’s diverse menu includes appetizers, salads, shakes and malts, and dessert. Patrons can build their burgers using more than 25 toppings and six different cheeses.
Located directly on heavily traveled Route 9, Aldrich Plaza’s national and regional tenants include Bed, Bath & Beyond, Retro Fitness, GNC, AT&T, Boston Market, the recently opened Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Hallmark, RE/MAX real estate and Kessler Rehabilitation Center. A host of neighborhood conveniences such as a dentist, a pizzeria, an optician, a liquor store, dance and karate studios, and a dry cleaner, among others, round out the tenant mix. More than 134,400 people reside within five miles of the Monmouth County center, and the daily traffic count passing the property exceeds 47,000 vehicles.
