Levin Management Corporation Strengthens Team with Four New Hires

Staff Additions Support Sustained Momentum for Commercial Real Estate Services Firm

NORTH PLAINFIELD, N.J., Sept. 27, 2018 – Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has announced the addition of four new employees across multiple departments. The appointments underscore a period of sustained momentum for the North Plainfield-based organization, bolstered by strong demand for comprehensive third-party services.

The recent additions include Cheryl Nightingale-Bennett, a facility and property management professional who brings more than 15 years of operations and managerial experience to her new role as an LMC property manager. Gary Green also has come on board as a property manager, with a property management career spanning more than two decades – including oversight of special projects and lease negotiations.

Joining LMC as a senior lease administrator in the firm’s accounting department is Joan Rakita, who has 12 years of industry experience overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail and office properties. Additionally, Lisa Nycz an administrative professional with 20 years of experience, is providing full-time support to the leasing department in her new role.

“We are pleased to welcome this diverse group of skilled professionals to our team during a pivotal time of company growth,” said Matthew K. Harding, president. “2018 is proving to be another banner year for LMC in terms of both business growth and leasing volume. These new hires offer distinct skill sets and broad experience needed to uphold and strengthen our services as we work to deliver the highest-quality expertise to new and existing clients.”

For more than 65 years, LMC has served as a trusted single-source commercial real estate services provider for institutional and private owners. The firm helps its clients evaluate options, operate properties and create case-specific solutions to protect and improve asset value; it has distinguished itself as a firm large enough to excel in assignments of any scale while continuing to employ a hands-on, proprietary approach in every facet of its business.

LMC today maintains a diversified, retail-focused portfolio of 105 properties totaling approximately 15 million square feet in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, offering leasing, property management, financial management and reporting, construction and development, lease administration, marketing services, and acquisition and disposition consulting services. The company specializes in repositioning, retenanting and renovating real estate – areas that have become particularly vital in an increasingly competitive market. LMC’s capabilities continue to evolve with new technologies, efficiencies and sustainability-focused initiatives to serve a new generation of properties, investors and tenants.
