Levin Named Retail Leasing Agent for New Mixed-Use Development

Firm Tapped to Market 4,300-SF Restaurant/Retail Space at Rose Hall in Madison, N.J.

MADISON, N.J., May 22, 2017 – Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has been named leasing agent for 4,300 square feet of restaurant/retail space at Rose Hall, a new mixed-use development rising in historic downtown Madison. The upscale development – slated for completion in early 2018 – boasts a desirable mix of luxury rental housing, ground-floor restaurant/retail space and a host of on-site resident amenities.

The significant assignment underscores LMC’s depth of expertise in providing third-party leasing services for both existing and ground-up, mixed-use and retail developments, according to Matthew K. Harding, LMC’s president. LMC Senior Leasing Representative Kyle Farley and Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez are heading the Rose Hall team, bringing in-depth experience, familiarity with the marketplace, and solid relationships with local retailers and restaurants.

“We anticipate a great deal of interest in this availability,” said Harding. “This is a phenomenal street-level space that is ideally suited for a variety of restaurant uses, from fine dining to an all-day casual concept. Superb demographics and the property's excellent location, in an already strong and well-established retail community, presents a distinctive opportunity for prospective tenants.” A restaurant user would also benefit from a large front patio for outdoor seating, as well as 400 square feet of additional storage space.

Situated at Kings and Green Village roads, less than two blocks from N.J. Transit’s Madison Station, Rose Hall features 100 luxury rental units in four buildings. Lifestyle amenities include a landscaped plaza, a fitness center, a large community room and an outdoor pool. The property is adjacent to a collection of 35 new for-sale townhomes.

Rose Hall serves a growing residential population of more than 140,000 people within a five-mile radius, with an average household income of more than $191,000 within three miles. Madison – renowned for its accessibility, commuting convenience and quaint town center – also is home to Drew University (within walking distance) and the Florham Campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Celebrating its 65th anniversary in 2017, LMC has been awarded several new assignments over the past year, most recently including shopping centers in New Jersey’s Delran, Freehold and Hackettstown. LMC also was retained to continue its role following ownership changes at properties in Flemington, N.J., and Pottsville, Pa.

The firm serves as a trusted single-source commercial real estate services provider for institutional and private owners. LMC helps its clients evaluate options, operate properties and create case-specific solutions to protect and improve asset value; it has distinguished itself as a firm large enough to excel in assignments of any scale while continuing to employ a hands-on, proprietary approach in all of its activities. LMC today maintains a diversified, retail-focused portfolio of approximately 95 properties totaling 13 million square feet in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, offering leasing, property management, financial management and reporting, construction and development, lease administration, marketing services, and acquisition and disposition consulting services.
