Levin Arranges Lease with Cork N Bottle at Fairground Plaza in Mount Holly, N.J.

7,500-SF Liquor Store Expands Tenant Roster at Burlington County Retail Center

MOUNT HOLLY, N.J., Oct. 16, 2017 – Liquor store Cork N Bottle has leased 7,500 square feet at Fairground Plaza in Mt. Holly, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC), the shopping center’s exclusive leasing and managing agent.

LMC Senior Leasing Representative Andrea Kyriacou arranged the long-term lease at the 178,500-square-foot Burlington County retail property. Robert Fumo of Fumo Realty Company represented the tenant.

Located on High Street (Route 541) at Woodpecker Lane, Fairground Plaza is anchored by an ACME supermarket and Staples. “The presence of a supermarket and national retailers greatly enhances any retail center, and the fact that Fairground Plaza is anchored by busy ACME and Staples locations provided a big draw for Cork N Bottle’s ownership,” said Kyriacou.

The center’s well-balanced tenant mix also includes Dollar Tree, Aaron’s Furniture, Virtua Express Urgent Care, Friendly’s, T-Mobile, Santander and Beneficial banks, and Advance Auto Parts, along with a strong complement of local restaurants and service providers.

LMC currently is marketing space availabilities ranging from 1,800 to 6,900 square feet at Fairground Plaza.

For 65 years, LMC has served as a trusted single-source commercial real estate services provider for institutional and private owners. LMC today maintains a diversified, retail-focused portfolio of approximately 100 properties totaling 14 million square feet in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, offering leasing, property management, financial management and reporting, construction and development, lease administration, marketing services, and acquisition and disposition consulting services. LMC’s services continue to evolve with new technologies, efficiencies and sustainability-focused initiatives to serve a new generation of properties, investors and tenants.
