Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Coming to Fairground Plaza in Mount Holly, N.J.

Levin Arranges 1,800-SF Lease with Tax Prep Company in Burlington County

MOUNT HOLLY, N.J., Dec. 19, 2017 – Jackson Hewitt Tax Service has leased 1,800 square feet of retail space at Fairground Plaza in Mount Holly, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 178,500-square-foot Burlington County shopping center. LMC’s Andrea Kyriacou, senior leasing representative,arranged the lease.

“Jackson Hewitt Tax Service complements Fairground Plaza’s existing service-oriented tenants and, with tax season approaching, undoubtedly will be a valuable amenity for many consumers,” said Kyriacou. Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is a full-service tax preparation company with approximately 6,300 franchised and company-owned locations. The company provides clients access to simple, low-cost solutions to manage their taxes and tax refunds.

Further enhancing Fairground Plaza’s tenant mix, liquor store Cork N Bottle recently celebrated the grand opening of a new 7,500-square-foot store at the center.

Located on High Street (Route 541) at Woodpecker Lane, Fairground Plaza is anchored by ACME supermarket and Staples, and features a well-balanced tenant mix that includes Dollar Tree, Aaron’s Furniture, Virtua Express Urgent Care, Friendly’s, T-Mobile, Santander and Beneficial banks, and Advance Auto Parts, along with local restaurants and service providers.

“Grocery-anchored shopping centers generate considerable consumer traffic, and the presence of an ACME supermarket plays a significant role in attracting both shoppers and new retailers,” noted Kyriacou. LMC currently is marketing space availabilities ranging from 2,700 to 6,900 square feet at Fairground Plaza.
