Leases with Ashley furniture and Best Buy followed, filling a former Toys “R” Us/Babies “R” Us space at the Hudson County property. As construction manager, Levin oversaw the core and shell renovation of both spaces. The firm also completed a façade refresh for Ashley and added a loading dock for Best Buy.
