The market for high-quality, well-located industrial product continues unabated in New Jersey – and so does the justification for new construction. Such was the case at 101 Circle Drive North, where Levin served as construction manager for a ground-up spec warehouse building to expand Rutgers Industrial Center. The 30,000-square-foot facility was leased before completion in July 2023 to RCF USA, a manufacturer of professional audio equipment.
Levin, which serves as asset manager for Rutgers Industrial Center, launched development in mid-2022 for the Class A industrial building. The facility, featuring 35-foot minimum clear heights, six dock doors and 38 parking stalls, checked every box for RCF USA. The Middlesex County campus, now with seven buildings totaling approximately 650,000 square feet, is well-located in the I-287 industrial corridor.
