Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has commenced construction on a significant 54,000-square-foot expansion at 140 Circle Drive North, a premier warehouse facility within Rutgers Industrial Center in Piscataway, N.J. Once complete, the single-story Class A building will total 157,000 square feet, enhancing its value and functionality in the heart of the I-287 industrial corridor.
This project marks the third new-construction initiative at Rutgers Industrial Center in the past three years. LMC, serving as asset manager for the seven-building, 700,000-square-foot complex, is overseeing the development through its in-house construction management team. The Cushman & Wakefield team of Chuck Fern, Jason Barton, and Jack Winge is handling leasing for the expanded space, which is currently available. The building’s existing tenant, R&J Warehouse, occupies the remainder of the property.
