E.J. Moawad joined Levin in 2016 as a Leasing Representative and was promoted to Senior Leasing Representative in 2022. Prior to joining Levin, he was Senior Leasing Director at NJR Group for 10 years. E.J. is a licensed real estate broker in both New Jersey and New York, and a member of ICSC. He received CoStar Group’s Annual Power Broker Award in the last three years (2023, 2022, 2021) for “Top Retail Leasing Brokers” in Northern New Jersey.  E.J. was also named NYREJ's Rising Star in 2024.
