A $50 million program of capital improvements at The Paramount Building brought extensive upgrades and a lobby relocation specifically designed to better accommodate modern office tenant needs at the Times Square tower. Levin oversaw the renovation as owner’s construction representative. The project also included new state-of-the-art, pre-built office suites. At the same time, the property’s street-level retail component reached full occupancy. Levin is spearheading or supporting fit-outs for new tenants as well as in-place tenant expansions.
