Appointment Comes Amid Organizational Growth for North Plainfield, N.J., Firm
Ed Vasconcellos III of Rahway, N.J., has joined North Plainfield-based Levin Management Corporation (LMC)as a leasing representative. The appointment comes during a period of organizational growth for the commercial real estate services firm, which maintains a leasing and management portfolio currently including 110 properties and totaling nearly 15.5 million square feet.
In his new role, Vasconcellos is responsible for leasing and marketing efforts at seven open-air retail properties in New Jersey: Bordentown Plaza in Bordentown, Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton, North Village Shopping Center in North Brunswick, Middlesex Plaza in Middlesex, Paramus Place in Paramus, West Orange Plaza in West Orange and Rutgers Plaza in Somerset.

Prior to joining LMC, Vasconcellos was a leasing representative at Brookfield Properties. He previously held positions at The Dartmouth Company and Robert K. Futterman & Associates. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, and holds membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. Vasconcellos also is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson.
