Levin Arranges 1,600-SF Lease with Telecommunications Provider
Telecommunications services provider AT&T has leased 1,600 square feet of space at High Pointe Commons, becoming the latest tenant to join the retail mix at the 325,000-square-foot regional shopping center in Harrisburg. The transaction extends a period of steady activity at High Pointe Commons, following recent commitments by LensCrafters, Five Below, cookie shop Crumbl and hobby store Warhammer.
Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for High Pointe Commons. Fred Younkin, LMC leasing representative, arranged the AT&T transaction on behalf of property ownership; Blake Shaffer of Bennett Williams Commercial represented the tenant.
AT&T retail store locations assist customers with a range of services; consumers also can shop for the latest phones, devices and accessories. “AT&T represents another high-quality addition to High Pointe Commons,” said Younkin. “Retailers are attracted by the property’s location, excellent daily consumer traffic and enviable tenant mix. This latest lease adds a globally recognized brand – and a great local convenience for the company’s existing and prospective customers.”
The new AT&T store also joins shadow anchors Target and JCPenney, along with Petco, Famous Footwear, Orangetheory Fitness, Verizon Wireless, Fleet Feet, FedEx, Sally Beauty Supply, GameStop, Hair Cuttery, Sugaring NYC and Jackson Hewitt, among others. High Pointe Commons’ robust dining mix features Chili’s, Friendly’s, Panera Bread, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Five Guys, Teriyaki Madness, Tropical Smoothie Café, Subway and a pizzeria.
Situated off highly trafficked I-283 at Exit 2, High Pointe Commons serves a residential population of more than 163,000 people within a five-mile radius and a daytime population of 132,700 within those same five miles. The property draws 3.4 million visitors per year, according to real-time traffic data from Placer.ai.
