Cherry Blow Dry Bar Coming to Wall Towne Center in Manasquan, N.J.

Center Reaches Full Occupancy, Expanded ShopRite Opens

MANASQUAN, N.J., Oct. 3, 2017 – Cherry Blow Dry Bar – a specialty salon providing premium hair blowouts, makeup services and hair applications/treatments at an affordable price – has leased 1,400 square feet at Wall Towne Center in Manasquan. The lease brings the 91,000-square-foot shopping center to 100 percent occupancy and coincides with the expansion of the property’s ShopRite supermarket.

Andrea Kyriacou LMC’s senior leasing representative, arranged the long-term Cherry Blow Dry Bar lease. David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty represented the tenant.

“Wall Towne Center always has benefited from a high-traffic location and a quality, complementary tenant mix,” said Kyriacou. “The addition of Cherry Blow Dry Bar as well as an expanded ShopRite store will strengthen its position as the community’s central one-stop shopping location.”

Launched in 2013, Cherry Blow Dry Bar is an expanding franchise that provides premium express services through a unique membership model. There are approximately 10 Cherry Blow Dry Bar salons open and operating in seven states, with nearly 20 more in various stages of development.

The larger, 71,000-square-foot ShopRite at Wall Towne Center opened in September, featuring expanded produce and natural foods departments, and a cooking classroom. Parking capacity also has been increased at the property.

Located on Route 34 less than one-quarter mile from the intersection of Route 35, Wall Towne Center also includes Wine King, Pet Valu, Ocean First Bank, Elements Massage, GNC, Great Clips, AT&T and Allstate Insurance. The center serves a residential population of more than 130,000 people within a five-mile radius.
