Three New Tenants Now Open at Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City

Additions Expand Entertainment, Dining, Service Options at Neighborhood Retail Destination

JERSEY CITY, N.J., April 29, 2019 – Children’s entertainment center Kidz Village, fast-food restaurant Taco Bell and wireless accessories and repair retailer are now open for business at Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City. The 94,000-square-foot grocery-anchored strip center is exclusively leased and managed by Levin Management Corporation (LMC).

Geared toward youngsters ages 10 and under, Kidz Village is an indoor playground providing opportunities for guests to climb, play, explore, interact and celebrate their birthdays in a clean, bright and colorful environment. The new location joins existing New Jersey facilities in Kenilworth and Woodbridge.

“Our focus is on providing age-appropriate, imaginative play,” said Angela Medina, Kidz Village owner/manager. “We are also a premier kids’ birthday venue, and specialize in creating personalized, interactive parties. These are not cookie-cutter events; every party is customized by a party planner around the birthday child’s likes and favorite things. Existing customers from the Bayonne/Jersey City area asked us to bring Kidz Village to Hudson County, and we are excited to open at Twin City Shopping Center.”

Taco Bell serves up a full menu Mexican-inspired food, including made-to-order and customizable tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos and vegetarian options, as well as fountain drinks and desserts.

“Twin City Shopping Center’s demographics and location – just off the New Jersey Turnpike -- are very attractive,” said Franchise Owner Rupal Patel, who owns this and several other Taco Bell locations with her husband, Nirav Mehta. “Besides being a tremendous value, Taco Bell’s featured menu changes about every four weeks. This sets the brand apart from other fast-food options, as patrons always will find new menu items from which to choose.”

Wireless specialty retailer, which also recently opened, complements another Twin City Shopping Center addition, T-Mobile. The voice and data communications services provider will celebrate its opening at the property this spring as well. The shopping center’s diverse retail mix also includes Aqui Market, Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, Retro Fitness, Everything $.99, Wendy’s and Dunkin’, along with a host of typical neighborhood conveniences. The center sits just off Exit 14A of the New Jersey Turnpike, at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and Broadway, and is easily reached by a network of local thoroughfares.
