Levin Management Brings Three New Tenants to Hartford Corners in Delran, N.J.
Five Guys, Smoothie King and Edge Salon Blow Dry Bar Ink a Combined 5,600 SF
DELRAN, N.J., Jan. 28, 2020 – Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has announced three new tenant commitments totaling 5,600 square feet at Hartford Corners in Delran. Fast-casual dining chain Five Guys and smoothie franchise Smoothie King have leased 2,700 square feet and 1,600 square feet, respectively, while Edge Salon Blow Dry Bar signed on for 1,300 square feet. LMC serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 215,000-square-foot retail property.
Sidney Singer and Andrea Kyriacou, LMC senior leasing representatives, negotiated the lease commitments on behalf of the property ownership. Tenant brokers included Stan Brown of MSC Retail for Five Guys and Damon DiPlacido at Arrow Real Estate Services for Smoothie King.
Originating in Arlington, Va., Five Guys is famous for its hand-crafted burgers made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Dallas, Texas-based Smoothie King offers nutritious smoothies made with whole fruits and vegetables, free from added sugars, artificial flavors, colors and preservatives in many of its blends.
“Five Guys and Smoothie King are leaders in their respective segments, and we are thrilled to add these nationally recognized concepts to Hartford Corners,” said Singer, adding that the center’s dining component also includes Saladworks, Bobby Chez Seafood, a bagel shop and pizzeria. “These popular chains bring two new food options to the tenant roster, enhancing the variety of choices for hungry shoppers and creating traffic-generating ‘destinations’ for the entire community.”
Offering blowouts and hair styling services, blow dry bars like Edge Salon Blow Dry Bar represent a fast-growing segment in the health and beauty category, said Kyriacou. “This business owner currently operates a full-service hair salon in nearby Moorestown and sees the blow dry bar concept as an extension of that business,” she said. “Edge Salon Blow Dry Bar not only fills a void at Hartford Corners, but will be an invaluable resource for consumers that want to look their best for special occasions and everyday events.”
Anchored by a high-volume ShopRite and Lowe’s (shadow anchor), Hartford Corners features a mix of retail, restaurant and service tenants including Staples, Planet Fitness, Mattress Firm, Five Below, Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa, Brighter Dental, Sally Beauty Supply, Liberty Travel, T-Mobile, Pets Plus and GNC, along with traditional neighborhood conveniences such as a dry cleaner and nail salon, among others.
Hartford Corners is ideally situated at the intersection of Route 130 and Hartford Road, in a densely packed retail corridor.
