Poke Café to Open at Flemington Marketplace in Flemington, N.J.
New Restaurant Lease Brings Levin-Managed Center to Full Occupancy
FLEMINGTON, N.J., Oct. 4, 2021 — Poke Café, a fast-casual Asian fusion restaurant, is coming to Flemington Marketplace in Flemington. The 2,400-square-foot lease brings the shopping center to 100% occupancy, according to Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive managing and leasing agent for the 239,000-square-foot shopping center.
Poke Café will serve up a variety of customizable poke bowls – raw, diced fish tossed with rice, vegetables and sauces – along with a selection of bubble and fruit teas. “Increasingly, consumers are looking for freshly prepared meals that are nutritious, flavorful and high in quality,” said LMC Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty, who arranged the lease. “Poke Café adds another desirable fast-casual dining option at Flemington Marketplace, and we are excited to bring this concept to the community.”
Fernandez-Kelty noted that Flemington Marketplace’s strong tenant mix and highway visibility made it the perfect location for Poke Café. The restaurant joins many well-established retailers at the property, including anchor tenants Burlington, Kohl’s, Michaels and ALDI. Rounding out the tenant mix are Chili’s, Panera Bread, Cold Stone Creamery, Verizon Wireless, Hallmark and Nail Imagine Nail Spa.
The shopping center is conveniently situated on Route 202 near the Flemington Circle in a prime retail corridor. The daily traffic count is approximately 46,000 vehicles per day on Route 202.
