Our reporting is clear and straightforward, providing all the necessary information needed by an owner to gauge property performance. Levin provides comprehensive financial reporting, including: monthly statements of operations; semi-annual schedules of vacancies; annual operating and cash flow budgets; monthly, quarterly or annual reports; rent collection; lease interpretations and enforcement; and accounting services.

In every case, our financial reporting packages include institutional-level detail, with current rent rolls, cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, general ledgers and receivables. We are fluent with the major property management software programs, including Yardi, MRI and IBS.

We also provide frequent updates regarding tenant delinquencies and recommend legal action, when other efforts have been exhausted, to collect all rents due under the leases. We see our approach as being firm, but fair.

Our lease administration services team abstracts leases and implements tracking and processing throughout the tenant lease lifecycle, from delivery of possession, to construction time frames, renewal terms and option exercise dates, estoppel and related tenant requests, and more.
