Nisha Patel oversees Levin Management Corporation’s day-to-day operations and leads the firm’s executive leadership team in advancing strategic initiatives across its fully integrated service platform. She joined LMC in 2025 and has nearly 20 years of operational and strategic real estate experience. Prior to joining Levin, Nisha served as head of asset management and dispositions at Essential Properties Realty Trust, where she oversaw a $6 billion retail portfolio spanning more than 20 million square feet nationwide. She also held senior positions in asset management, acquisitions, and portfolio strategy at leading real estate organizations. Nisha earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Rutgers University and serves on the advisory board for Montclair State University’s Real Estate Program.
