Denise Ciaravino is the Director of Operations, where she oversees property management operations, enhances efficiency, and ensures regulatory compliance. Since joining in 2006 as a property manager, Denise has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication, steadily advancing within the company. Most recently, she served as a portfolio manager.

Denise holds a bachelor’s degree in management science from Kean University, graduating magna cum laude, and maintains the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. An active member of the Building Owners & Managers Association of New Jersey (BOMA-NJ) since 2004, she was honored with the organization’s “Retail Property Management Professional” award in 2023.
