Erika Morasco ensures the delivery of best-in-class service standards, and works to establish and maintain positive retailer/landlord relationships at each of Levin’s managed commercial properties. She joined Levin in 2019 and has more than 20 years of property management and industry leadership experience. Prior to joining Levin, she held key management positions at Transwestern and Newmark Knight Frank. Erika earned a bachelor’s degree from Centenary College (now Centenary University) and holds a New Jersey real estate license, District of Columbia property management license, along with Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations. She has been actively involved for more than 15 years with the Building Owners and Managers Association of N.J.
