Paul Tavaglione plays a key role in the firm’s day-to-day operations, from the management of its financial operations, to the coordination of client properties, to IT oversight – including network processes and cybersecurity – and all phases of human resources and new employee onboarding. He is responsible for the integrity of Levin’s financial reporting, as well as its finance, accounting, budgeting, credit, cash management and lease administration functions. Paul is instrumental in transitioning new management assignments to the Levin team and provides operational oversight for key agencies. He also supervises lease administration processes and works with Levin’s in-house construction team to oversee capital improvement projects, costs and budgeting. Paul heads the company’s risk management operations and serves as Levin’s 401K trustee/plan administrator as well. He joined Levin in 2001 as Controller and became Assistant Vice President in 2007. In 2016, he was named Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and in 2017 was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Levin, Paul was an Accounting Supervisor at Edison Properties. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wilkes University.
