Paul Tavaglione

Paul Tavaglione oversees coordination for Levin’s client properties and is instrumental in transitioning new management assignments to the Levin team. He plays a key role in the firm’s day-to-day operations, from IT operations oversight – including network processes and cybersecurity – to all phases of human resources and new employee onboarding. Paul is responsible for the company's risk management operations and serves as Levin’s 401K trustee/plan administrator as well. He also supervises lease administration processes and works with Levin’s in-house construction team to oversee capital improvement projects, costs and budgeting. Paul joined Levin in 2001 as Controller and became Assistant Vice President in 2007. In 2016, he was named Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and in 2017 was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He rose to his current position in 2022. Prior to joining Levin, Paul was an Accounting Supervisor at Edison Properties. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wilkes University.
