Levin Management: Jersey Mike’s Coming to St. Georges Crossing
Commitment Brings Woodbridge, N.J., Retail Property to Full Occupancy
WOODBRIDGE, N.J., Aug. 12, 2021 – Fast-casual sandwich franchise Jersey Mike's Subs is coming to St. Georges Crossing in Woodbridge, adding another quality dining option to this Middlesex County shopping destination. The 1,200-square-foot lease also brings the 343,000-square-foot property to 100% occupancy, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent.
LMC Leasing Representative E.J. Moawad spearheaded the long-term transaction; Gary Krauss of Pierson Commercial Real Estate served as tenant broker.

Jersey Mike’s will share a newly redeveloped, free-standing outparcel building (formerly occupied by a Bertucci’s restaurant) with a recently opened Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen and an Xfinity Retail Store, which Comcast opened in 2019. “This is a great example of our efforts not just to fill space, but to reposition space and fill it with the right tenants – brands that complement an existing tenant mix and add to a property’s dynamic,” said Moawad.
The Jersey Mike’s addition comes as national beauty retailer Ulta Beauty is gearing up to open a new, 10,000-square-foot store at St. Georges Crossing; construction is currently underway. Well-located at the intersection of heavily traveled Route 1 & 9 and Route 35, the center is anchored by a high-volume ShopRite, with a strong retail, restaurant and service tenant mix also including P.C. Richard & Son, T.J.Maxx, West Marine, Blu Alehouse, PetSmart, AutoZone, Verizon Wireless, House of Wine & Liquor, European Wax Center, Visionworks, Taco Bell and GameStop, among others.
