Blue Foundry Bank will open a new location at Chatham Plaza, bringing the 31,500-square-foot Morris County shopping center to 100% occupancy, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC). The commercial real estate services firm exclusively leases and manages the property, located on Main Street in Chatham.
LMC Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty and Leasing Representative Kendal Hand-Freda arranged the 2,100-square-foot lease.
