Levin Arranges 6,000-SF Lease With Men’s Apparel Retailer
Men’s apparel retailer DXL Big + Tall will join the tenant roster at High Pointe Commons, becoming the latest national brand to lease space at the 325,000-square-foot Harrisburg shopping center.
Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for High Pointe Commons. Fred Younkin, LMC leasing representative, arranged the 6,000-square-foot commitment on behalf of property ownership; Douglas Green of MSC represented the tenant.

DXL Big + Tall is relocating to High Pointe Commons from a nearby mall location, according to Younkin. “The property’s location, excellent daily consumer traffic and complementary tenant mix were very attractive to this tenant,” he said. “We are thrilled to add another nationally recognized brand to High Pointe Commons. DXL Big + Tall is a strong, high-quality retailer and a terrific fit for this property as we continue to expand its offerings.”
The DXL Big + Tall lease at High Pointe Commons also reflects LMC’s strong relationships with prominentretail space users; a second lease with this growing retailer at Somerville Circle Shopping Center in Raritan, N.J., was recently announced.
Shadow-anchored by Target and JCPenney, High Pointe Commons also includes Petco, Five Below, Famous Footwear, LensCrafters, Orangetheory Fitness, Verizon Wireless, Sally Beauty Supply and Sugaring NYC,among others. The property’s robust dining mix features Chili’s, Friendly’s, Panera Bread, Crumbl Cookies, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Five Guys, to name a few.
Situated off highly trafficked I-283 at Exit 2, High Pointe Commons serves a residential population of more than 163,500 people within a five-mile radius and a daytime population of 132,000 within those same five miles. The property draws 3.4 million visitors per year, according to real-time traffic data from Placer.ai.
