Monmouth County Property Recognized for Excellence in Retail Category
Wall Towne Center in Manasquan has received “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) award for 2024 in the retail category from the Building Owners & Managers Association of New Jersey (BOMA-NJ). Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for Wall Towne Center, a 100,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail property on Route 34 in Monmouth County.
BOMA-NJ’s TOBY awards program is among the most prestigious and comprehensive of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing excellence in building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact.
Anchored by a 71,000-square-foot ShopRite, Wall Towne Center is home to a strong lineup of retailers, restaurants and service providers. Its high-traffic location and complementary tenant mix position it as a central, one-stop shopping destination for the local community.
“Receiving a TOBY award is a prestigious honor,” said Erika Morasco, LMC’s vice- president of property management. “This recognition is a testament to the outstanding work and dedication of property manager Marie Donohue and our entire team. It’s a welcome reminder that we are succeeding at delivering best-in-class service standards and operational excellence at our managed properties.”
For seven decades, North Plainfield, N.J.-based LMC has served as a trusted single- source commercial real estate services provider for institutional and private owners. Its diversified, retail-focused leasing and management portfolio includes 125 properties totaling more than 16 million square feet in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.
