J. Crew Factory will be the next new tenant at Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC). The fashion and accessories retailer signed a 6,800-square-foot lease at the Jericho Turnpike retail destination.
LMC serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 222,000-square-foot Mayfair Shopping Center. E.J. Moawad, LMC senior leasing representative, negotiated the transaction on behalf of property ownership; Steve Merkle of Open Realty Advisors represented the tenant.
