Hot Pot Restaurant, Virtua Physical Therapy Lease a Combined 10,500 SF
Two new tenants are coming to Hartford Corners in Delran, extending a period of leasing momentum for the retail property at the intersection of Route 130 and Hartford Road. The latest additions include restaurant Top Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot (7,500 SF) and Virtua Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation (3,000 SF).
Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 215,000-square-foot Hartford Corners, which draws 2.9 million visits per year according to real time traffic data from Placer.ai. Kendal Hand-Freda and Fred Younkin, LMC leasing representatives, negotiated the recent transactions on behalf of the property’s ownership. Jerry Johnson of Bennett Williams Commercial represented Top Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot.
“Top Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is a new business venture for its operator, an experienced restauranteur with several other Asian food concepts in the marketplace. With a hot pot of simmering broth as each table’s centerpiece, restaurant-goers will dip different types of raw ingredients into the hot pot – cooking, eating and socializing with the group at the table. “This tenant is a prime example of the unique and increasingly popular hot-pot shared dining concept,” Hand-Freda said. “It will be a great draw for local restaurant-goers.”
Virtua Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation will provide high-quality care from clinically experienced and licensed therapists to patients of all ages. “Healthcare concepts are excellent traffic drivers that contribute significantly to a retail property’s overall ‘destination’ mix,” said Hand-Freda, noting Hartford Corners already is home to Virtua Hand Surgery & Rehabilitation Center. “Virtua Health System is a leader in the South Jersey market.”
The newest leases underscore a period of steady activity at Hartford Corners. LMC recently secured a lease with Jersey Mike’s Subs at the property. This followed an expansion by anchor tenant ShopRite, a recommitment by Saladworks and a lease with Exit 4 Private Escape Rooms.
Hartford Corners is also home to Lowes (shadow anchor), Staples, Planet Fitness, Mattress Firm, Five Below, Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa, H&R Block, Brighter Dental, Sally Beauty Supply, T-Mobile, Pets Plus and more. Its dining mix also features Five Guys, Smoothie King, Bobby Chez Seafood and Dooney’s Pub & Restaurant.
Hartford Corners serves a growing residential population of 232,000 people within a five-mile radius.
