Population, Accessibility Draw Growing Chain to Village of Pelham Manor, N.Y., Shopping Center
Urgent care provider CityMD will open a new location at Post Road Plaza in the Village of Pelham Manor. According to Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent for the popular grocery-anchored shopping center, this commitment illustrates the sustained appeal of successful retail properties for medical services providers.
The 257,000-square-foot Post Road Plaza sits at the junction of Route 1, Pelham Parkway and the Hutchinson River Parkway in desirable Westchester County. LMC Leasing Representative E.J. Moawad negotiated the 3,000-square-foot CityMD lease on behalf of the landlord; Benjamin Birnbaum of Newmark represented the tenant.
Open seven days a week, 365 days a year, CityMD provides efficient, high-quality care for patients’ non-life-threatening urgent care needs. Services range from physical exams, pediatric care, lab tests and on-site X-rays, to treatment of injuries and illnesses. There currently are more than 135 CityMD locations across New York and New Jersey.

In addition to a 75,000-square-foot Fairway Market, Post Road Plaza features a diverse lineup of tenants including Dave & Buster’s, 24 Hour Fitness, HomeGoods, Sally Beauty Supply, GNC, Lane Bryant, Hallmark, Panera Bread and Smashburger.
