Telecom Services Provider Adds New Category to Property’s Tenant Mix
The Optimum store is coming to Somerset Shopping Center in Bridgewater, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent. This latest addition marks a new tenant category for the 219,000-square-foot retail property located at the junction of Route 202/206 and Route 28.
Optimum retail store locations assist residential and business customers with a range of services including high-speed Internet, wireless plans and set up, and digital cable television and home phone services. Customers also can shop the latest smart phones and accessories and learn about Optimum Mobile service.
LMC Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty arranged the 1,100-square-foot transaction; Jake Frantzman of RIPCO Real Estate represented the tenant.
“Optimum is a terrific add for Somerset Shopping Center, bringing in a new type of service to benefit area consumers,” said Fernandez-Kelty. “Securing this lease is a great example of our team’s focus on filling spaces at the properties we represent with the right tenants – not just any tenants. We always look for brands that add to a retail center’s dynamic and appeal for shoppers.”
Somerset Shopping Center features a mix of retailers, restaurants and service providers including Christmas Tree Shops, Barnes & Noble, Gap, Eastern Mountain Sports, Pearl Vision, Norman’s Hallmark, Pupcakes and Pawstries Barkery and Shoppe, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Rite Aid, TGI Fridays and Men’s Wearhouse, among others.
