70 Beach Bingo, Price is Right Beauty Supplies Commit at Levin-Managed Shopping Center
Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has announced two new lease commitments at Hickory Plaza in Hickory. 70 Beach Bingo (2,000 SF) and Price is Right Beauty Supplies (750 SF) will join the tenant roster at the 133,000-square-foot, LMC leased and managed shopping center on Highway 70.
70 Beach Bingo is a new bingo hall where those who enjoy the game will play to win small prizes, while Price is Right Beauty Supplies will sell a range of hair supplies, along with products for weaves and wigs. Ryan Lovern, broker/owner of Commercial First Real Estate, who represents LMC locally, arranged both leases.
“Hickory Plaza’s tenant mix and unbeatable location in the heart of a fast-growing market attracted the interest of both 70 Beach Bingo and Price is Right Beauty Supplies,” said Lovern. “These two additions are great complements for the center and will contribute to its ongoing success by drawing additional, diversified traffic.”
Anchored by Big Lots, Hickory Plaza’s co-tenancy includes Lumber Liquidators, Citi Trends and El Paso Mexican Restaurant. The center occupies a prime location at 527 US Highway 70, a retail thoroughfare in the heart of the Hickory Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). The Hickory MSA – the fourth largest in North Carolina – houses a population of more than 350,000 people and is home to the corporate headquarters of 47 firms with at least 500 employees, drawing a significant daytime population.
Remaining space availabilities at Hickory Plaza range from 750 square feet to 15,000 square feet.
